MPOT is one of South Australia’s leading providers of Allied Health and Disability Services. Our multidisciplinary team includes Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, and Speech Pathology, working collaboratively to deliver high-quality, client-centred care. We are currently seeking an organised, proactive and people-focused Finance and Administration Officer to join our team.
About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for a broad range of finance and administrative functions including payroll, accounts receivable, month-end processes, reporting, reconciliations and banking.
This is a hands-on role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll processing
Accounts Receivable management
Accounts Payable administration
Banking and reconciliations
Month-end financial processing
Management and KPI reporting
MYOB data entry and record maintenance
Monitoring finance mailboxes
Administrative support and reception relief as required
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Accounts Officer or similar role
Experience processing payroll
Strong understanding of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes
Experience with month-end procedures, reconciliations and financial reporting
Proficiency using MYOB or similar accounting software
Advanced attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a broader team
Desirable
Experience within the healthcare, allied health or NDIS sector
Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, Diploma of Accounting or similar qualification
Experience preparing management reports and KPI reporting
