The Opportunity:
Supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy shopping centre environment, you will be responsible for a diverse range of administration, reception and finance support duties. Acting as a key point of contact for tenants, customers and internal stakeholders, you will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing reception and front-of-house enquiries
  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Assisting with tenant communications and arrears management
  • Processing invoices and monthly billing
  • Completing bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with financial reporting requirements
  • Maintaining administrative systems, records and procedures
  • Preparing sales and performance reports
  • Maintaining tenant bank guarantee and security deposit registers
  • Coordinating CPI and rental reviews
  • Providing general administrative support to the wider team

About You:
You are a motivated and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering a high level of service.

To be successful, you will bring:

  • Previous experience within an administration, office support or reception role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • A confident and professional approach to customer service
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Experience within property, retail, shopping centres or a related environment will be highly regarded
