About the RoleAs we prepare to unveil an exciting collection of brand-new display homes across Adelaide and continue our strong growth trajectory, a rare opportunity has become available to join the highly respected sales team within Scott Salisbury Group.
This newly created position offers the chance to work within some of Adelaide's most stunning display homes, located in highly sought after locations. If you are passionate about people, building, design and helping clients bring their dream to life, this could be the perfect role for you.
You will possess an ability to proactively create new home sales opportunities by showcasing to potential clients, how Scott Salisbury Homes and Bradford Homes can and will realise their dream of building a stunning home.
Scott Salisbury Group are seeking a friendly, professional and well-presented person preferably with building industry experience and/or sales background to work in a range of areas. The role can be either full time or part time with flexible hours. The role will require hosting at various display home locations 2-3 days a week and working in our Head Office 1 or 2 days a week
Responsibilities
As a display host you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients as they arrive at our display home. You would be required to:
§ Welcoming & engaging visitors/prospective clients and answer general inquiries
§ Promote the brand and help to drive potential sales
§ Build rapport with prospective clients
§ Lead/data collection and record keeping
§ Assisting with client follow up (phone calls and email)
§ Attend exclusive events and new product launches
§ Provide general assistance and administrative tasks to the Building Consultants, as required
§ Maintain the appearance and presentation of the display home to our minimum standards
