In 2019 we established our Australian Head Office in Epping Victoria for Vandapac Australia & Maxliner Australia, and we now need to commence recruiting additional team member for our established Perth operations located in Canning Vale, WA.

About the role

We are looking for a full-time Sales and Administration Officer with an excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to handle a range of sales duties in a timely manner.

The role offered will be from Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm and 8.30am to 4pm on Friday, however this can be flexible for the right candidate if required.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Administration and Sales duties.
Warehouse and Logistics clerical support.
General office duties and banking.
Managing telephone calls and emails.
General filing and management support.
Managing the showroom and discussing with customers their accessory requirements.
Booking Customers in for accessory fitment.
Customer quote preparation.

We are looking for the following qualities:

Honest, punctual and reliable person.
Knowledge of the 4x4 aftermarket industry, automotive industry or caravan industry.
Excellent phone, email and written communication skills.
Previous administration and sales experience preferred.
Knowledge of Xero and Unleashed viewed as an advantage.
Proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel.
