Bookkeeper/Administration Officer (Part-time)

Halls Head Bowling & Recreation Club is seeking an experienced Accounts & Administration Officer to join our team for 25 hours per week.

This role is ideal for an experienced bookkeeper or accounts administrator who can confidently manage the Club's financial operations and assist with the day-to-day office administration while providing a professional, friendly and welcoming first point of contact for members, sponsors and visitors.

Minimum 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounts administration experience is required.

Essential Skills

✔ Extensive MYOB AccountRight experience

✔ Payroll processing experience

✔ BAS and IAS preparation and lodgement

✔ Accounts payable and receivable

✔ Bank reconciliations

✔ End-of-month and end-of-year procedures

✔ Strong Microsoft Office skills

Highly Regarded

✔ Experience working within a sporting club, licensed club or not-for-profit organisation

✔ Knowledge of Racing, Gaming and Liquor compliance requirements

✔ Experience with IdealPOS

This position reports directly to the Club Manager, Treasurer and Executive Board and offers a varied and rewarding role within one of Western Australia's leading bowling clubs.
