Position Purpose
- Administration Support position (12 months parental leave) assists the Independent Schools NSW Technology Advisory Services in a high-level capacity.
- The position would suit someone who enjoys a challenge and managing multiple priorities
- The position requires exceptional oral and written communication skills, excellent organisational and time management and the ability to work confidently in a team using a range of technology applications.
Key Accountabilities
- Management and coordination of service communications, including responding to phone calls, email enquiries and web enquires
- Scheduling and diary management, including planning and itinerary preparation for Technology Services offered
- Organisation of meetings, including correspondence, documentation and catering as required
- Coordination of workshops, events and webinars, including liaising with vendors; participants and back-end processes
- Coordination of Member Advantage offers, including quoting, invoicing and scheduling of webinars with vendors
- Communication with senior staff across schools, government departments and other stakeholders
- Preparation of correspondence and other documentation, including EDM content
- Management of related CRM data and processes
- Management of web content, approval processes and media
- Management of project timelines, costs, materials, presentations and deliverables for events, consultancies and ICT reviews
- Preparation of project materials i.e. PDF; PowerPoint; Reports; Surveys; etc

- Experience in establishing and maintaining administrative processes including invoices, reports, and products of services delivered.
What Knowledge/Skills are we looking for?
- Technical competence and aptitude using advanced features of applications like or including Office365, SharePoint Online, Dynamics CRM, MS Teams, Zoom, Ticketing system and Qualtrics.
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deal respectfully with sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
- Highly developed organisational skills
- Demonstrated capacity to work across multiple teams
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Well-developed interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Essential
- Full-time availability: this is a Sydney-based role.
