We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our business in a combined Administration, Payroll, and Spare Parts role. The spare parts component of the position is covered by a 12-month maternity leave, while the administration and payroll responsibilities are ongoing.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration and reception duties
Processing payroll and maintaining employee records
Data entry, invoicing, and purchase order processing
Coordinating spare parts orders, inventory, and supplier communication
Assisting customers with spare parts enquiries
Supporting management with day-to-day administrative tasks
Skills & Experience
Previous administration experience is essential
Payroll experience preferred
Experience in spare parts, automotive, manufacturing, or logistics industries is highly regarded
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
