We are seeking a motivated and organised individual to join our business in a combined Administration, Payroll, and Spare Parts role. The spare parts component of the position is covered by a 12-month maternity leave, while the administration and payroll responsibilities are ongoing.

Key Responsibilities

  • General office administration and reception duties

  • Processing payroll and maintaining employee records

  • Data entry, invoicing, and purchase order processing

  • Coordinating spare parts orders, inventory, and supplier communication

  • Assisting customers with spare parts enquiries

  • Supporting management with day-to-day administrative tasks

Skills & Experience

  • Previous administration experience is essential

  • Payroll experience preferred

  • Experience in spare parts, automotive, manufacturing, or logistics industries is highly regarded

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently
