Administration Assistant

We are a friendly and modern accounting practice seeking a reliable and organised Admin Assistant to support our Admin Officer and professional team.

This casual role is approximately 3 days per week and would suit someone looking to build office administration experience within a professional environment. Previous experience in an accounting practice is advantageous but not essential.

As an energetic and enthusiastic addition to our team, your duties will include:

• Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner

• Answering and directing phone calls

• Managing emails and taking accurate messages

• General administrative and clerical support to the team

• Scheduling appointments and maintaining online diaries

• Preparation of client correspondence and documents

• Accurate data entry and updating client databases

• Document control and online filing

• Assisting with office organisation and supplies

• General reception and office duties as required

The successful applicant will:

• Have strong communication and organisational skills

• Be friendly, professional and reliable

• Have good attention to detail

• Demonstrate intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

• Be willing to learn and work as part of a team

• Prior administration experience is preferred but not essential
