We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee office operations, staff performance and business processes within the organisation.

$77,000 – $90,000 per annum (plus Super)

Manage and coordinate office projects and company initiatives, including workshops, educational programs, and related office projects and assisting with the planning and evaluation of office services including service expectations.
Oversee onsite and remote staff, including allocating work, monitoring performance, providing guidance, and managing workload distribution to ensure operational objectives are met.
Liaise with management to support office operations and the resolution of day-to-day business needs, implementing improvements where appropriate.
Assist with recruitment activities including candidate screening, induction, training and performance management.
Coordinate the allocation and use of office resources, equipment and administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, policies and operational standards

At least a Diploma qualification in Business Administration, Management, Operations or a related field
Minimum two (2) years of relevant work experience .
Experience supervising and managing staff
Strong organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and problem-solving capability
Proficiency using business systems and productivity platforms
