$75,000 - $80,000 Annual

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and negotiate contract variations across projects and services
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve contract-related issues efficiently
  • Manage and maintain accurate contract documentation and records
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Architects, Engineers, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are achieved
  • Support senior management by providing advice and implementing decisions
  • Monitor contractor performance and report on work variations
  • Prepare and review reports and submissions on organisational activities
  • Collect and analyse project data, reporting on performance and outcomes
  • Assist in reviewing and coordinating office accommodation requirements

Requirements

  • Australian citizens and permanent residents are encouraged to apply.
  • AQF associate degree, Advanced Diploma, or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2)
  • At least, 1–2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
