The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating contracts, maintaining compliance documentation, supporting operational administration, and assisting management with contractual and client service processes. Task & responsibilities

• Preparing, reviewing, and managing contracts, service agreements, and related documentation
• Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations
• Coordinating communication between clients, management, suppliers, and operational teams
• Maintaining accurate records of contracts, renewals, variations, and compliance documents
• Assisting in tender preparation, quotations, and service proposals
• Supporting invoicing, procurement, and administrative processes related to contracts
• Monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and contract milestones
• Identifying and resolving contractual or administrative issues in consultation with management
• Preparing reports, correspondence, and operational documentation
• Ensuring compliance with company policies, workplace procedures, and relevant regulations
• Assisting with document control and maintaining confidentiality of business information
• Supporting continuous improvement of administrative and contract management systems

Qualification & experience

• Diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1-3 year of relevant full-time experience in contract administration, office administration, or business support preferred
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
