This role at Kissan Smash Repairs (The Trustee for Kular Family Trust) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day

operations of the office and ensuring all administrative activities run smoothly and

efficiently at the smash repair workshop. The position works closely with

management, workshop staff, and customers, insurance companies and external

service providers to ensure office operations are well organized, deadlines are met,

and workplace policies and procedures are followed professionally.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the planning and improvement of office operations and ensuring daily tasks in workshop are prioritized effectively
  • Coordinating staff, office space, and equipment to support smooth and efficient business operations of the smash repair workshop
  • Assigning tasks to team members and monitoring work performance to ensure duties are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining organized office records, repair documentation, and administrative accounts with a high level of accuracy
  • Communicating with staff, management and external professionals to resolve issues and support day-to-day office activities
  • Ensuring workplace health and safety standards are always followed
  • Ensuring office and administrative operations comply with relevant workplace regulations by government legislation, company policies, insurance requirements relating to the smash repair and automotive repair industry.
  • Supporting staff-related activities including recruitment, training, payroll coordination, performance management, and day-to-day supervision.

To be Successful for the role:

  • Qualification and work experience: 

A formal qualification in workplace management and 1-2 years relevant work experience

  • English Language Skills: Ability to communicate effectively in fluent English, both written and verbal, to interact with guests and colleagues professionally.
  • Skills Required: Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to use basic IT tools and computer program, particularly Microsoft Office suite and IBODY.
