The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily administrative operations of the business and ensuring the office functions efficiently and professionally. This role requires strong organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate staff, manage office systems, and support business operations across multiple areas.

Task & responsibilities

  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of office operations, administrative systems, and workplace standards.
  • Manage the effective use of office staff, facilities, equipment, and resources to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Allocate tasks to team members, supervise administrative activities, and monitor staff productivity and performance.
  • Maintain accurate business records, office documentation, and assist with financial and administrative reporting.
  • Oversee the procurement, maintenance, and organisation of office equipment and supplies.
  • Ensure the workplace adheres to occupational health and safety requirements and company policies.
  • Monitor business operations to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and internal procedures.
  • Assist with human resource activities including recruitment, employee onboarding, training coordination, payroll support, performance management, and staff supervision.

Qualification & experience

  • Relevant qualification or studies in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant work experience in office administration or office management.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office systems.
  • Leadership and team coordination abilities.
