Task & responsibilities

• Supervise administrative staff and allocate responsibilities to ensure efficient performance.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and communications for senior management.
• Handle office communications including emails, calls, and correspondence.
• Maintain and manage company records, databases, and financial documentation.
• Support budgeting, bookkeeping, and cost monitoring processes.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to coordinate office operations.
• Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety and relevant regulations.
• Oversee office systems, procedures, and administrative workflows.

Qualification & experience

• Diploma of Business management or higher qualification in relevant field. 
• Minimum 1-year Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
