Protex Water Pty Ltd is seeking a Project Administrator to support the planning, coordination, documentation and administration of water and wastewater treatment projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, organise and control project files, contracts, variations, technical documents, drawings, approvals and revision records.
Assist with developing and maintaining project schedules, including site visits, installations, equipment deliveries and milestone tracking.
Coordinate project administration activities with Project Managers, subcontractors, suppliers and other project stakeholders.
Maintain project tracking systems and prepare project records, progress reports, compliance documents and commissioning documentation.
Monitor project costs, purchase orders, supplier invoices, variation records and resource requirements, and assist Project Managers with budget updates, cost tracking and administrative follow-up.

What we need:

Minimum one year of relevant experience in project administration, project coordination or a similar administrative role.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage documents, deadlines, records and multiple project tasks accurately.
Good written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to liaise with internal teams, suppliers, subcontractors and project stakeholders.
Competency using Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the ability to maintain accurate project data and reports.
