Intermediate/Senior Accountant- Tax/Business Services

The Firm: 

• Innovative CA firm in Melbourne CBD is seeking an Intermediate/Senior Accountant, offering training and mentorship from experienced accountants and partners, and a vibrant atmosphere for professional development.

The Role:

• Preparation and analysis of financial statements and tax returns for a diverse range of clients including – individuals, companies, partnerships, trusts and superfunds 

• Collaborate with managers and partners for strategic client advice.

• Oversee a client portfolio and foster strong client relationships.

• Reviewing work of junior accountants

• Stay updated Australian taxation laws

The Candidate: 

• Minimum 4+ years accounting experience in public practice.

• Experience with Xero, MYOB & other accounting software.

• Pursuing or completed CA/CPA 

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Bachelor degree in accounting or relevant field
