As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts / Finance Administrator to join our Accounting Team based in Burswood.

About the Role

Reporting to the Accounts Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Processing creditor invoices and payments

  • Receipting and reconciling Strata Company trust account transactions

  • Assisting with bank reconciliations

  • Responding to account and payment enquiries

  • Maintaining accurate financial records and databases

  • Assisting with end-of-month and end-of-year financial processes

  • Supporting Strata Managers and clients with finance-related requests

  • General administrative and data entry duties

  • Contributing to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous accounts, bookkeeping or finance administration experience

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel

  • The ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines

  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Experience with property, strata or trust accounting systems will be highly regarded but is not essential
