Are you an experienced senior leader looking for a great short term CEO opportunity to lead a well-respected Central Australian organisation providing a range of Community Services in remote Aboriginal communities?

Full Time Fixed Term contract 12 Months
Relocation, Vehicle, Housing Subsidy, Generous Base Salary  
Location - Alice Springs with some Travel to the APY Lands (SA)

The Employer:  Providing a range of community, education, training, employment and financial support services to indigenous communities in Central Australia.     
   
Your Skill Set 

• Demonstrated background in regard to senior management in community services sectors and/or Aboriginal organisations, including an understanding of issues, cultural practices and values that affect Aboriginal people.
• Qualifications in community services/social work/education, training, community development or similar.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with board members, committees, and key stakeholders
• Ability to lead and motivate teams while promoting a positive culture of achievement.
• Experience leading and implementing strategic, financial and operational planning, monitoring financial performance while meeting budget outcomes.
• Contract management, engagement, reporting and acquittal experience
• Manual driver's licence with an ability to obtain a national police check clearance, WWCC.
