About the Role
We are currently seeking a Systems Accountant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across finance, systems, reporting, and process improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Working closely with Finance, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams, you will play a key role in supporting and improving our financial systems, maintaining data integrity, and helping drive efficiencies across the business.

What you’ll be doing

Manage and support the company’s finance systems, including Acumatica (ERP)
Assist with system improvements, upgrades, and process automation
Maintain accurate financial data, reporting, and system integrity
Support month-end reporting and financial processes
Troubleshoot system issues and provide support to internal teams
Develop and improve financial reports and dashboards
Work closely with Finance, Payroll, IT, and Operations teams
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline processes
Maintain and review standard costs of raw materials, labour, and overheads
Assist with inventory valuation and reconcilliation

What we’re looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field
Previous experience in a Systems Accountant, Finance Systems, or similar role
Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes.
Experience using ERP or accounting systems – previous experience with MYOB Acumatica is highly advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Advanced attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across departments
Intermediate to advanced Excel and reporting skills preferred
