As our business continues to experience significant growth, we are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our close knit finance team. This role plays a critical part in processing and managing the company's accounts payable.

The Role
The Accounts Payable Officer is responsible for the timely and accurate collation, coding and processing of supplier invoices across Cleaning and Security divisions.
This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent reconciliation skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing supplier invoices, verifying quantities and pricing.
Maintaining accurate accounts payable records and reconciliations.
Liaising with suppliers to resolve any payment discrepancies or issues.
Preparing payments to suppliers via electronic funds transfer.
Assisting with month-end procedures.
Skills and Experience
Previous experience required at least 12 months.
Experience using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or similar ERP system.
Entry Level to Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise across Finance, Operations, and site based teams.
