You’ll be joining a growing digital capability within their Information Services function, working in a well-funded environment that plays a key role in enabling critical operations.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior SharePoint Specialist to take ownership of SharePoint and the broader Microsoft 365 environment.

This is a senior SME-level role that combines platform governance, solution design, and hands-on development, working across a diverse stakeholder landscape in a secure setting.

In this role, you will:

• Design and deliver SharePoint solutions aligned to business needs
• Build workflows and applications using Power Apps and Power Automate
• Maintain and enhance SharePoint environments (Online and/or on-prem)
• Drive governance, structure, and platform best practices
• Engage with business users, architects, and cyber/security teams
• Translate requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions
• Contribute to broader M365 uplift and integration initiatives

This role offers the opportunity to influence how collaboration platforms evolve within a complex and high-impact environment.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience working with SharePoint (ideally 10+ years)
• Strong capability across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
• Solid experience within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Proven ability to design and deliver business-focused solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to operate autonomously in a senior capacity
• NV1 security clearance

Desirable Skills

• Experience in federal government or secure environments
• Exposure to SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
• Understanding of governance, security, and information architecture
