The Role

You will be responsible for day‑to‑day finance functions across the firm and report to CFO and leadership team. Duties include:
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including debtor control
  • Manage the trust account and perform reconciliations
  • Process payroll and associated obligations
  • Handle end‑of‑month billing 
  • Manage company credit card reconciliations and expenses
  • Prepare for annual trust audits and liaise with auditors
  • Assist with month end and ad hoc reporting
About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Proven experience in a similar legal accounts or finance role
  • Strong experience with trust accounting essential
  • High attention to detail and accuracy across financial processes
  • Confident using accounting systems (Actionstep experience highly regarded)
