About Us
Are you a highly experienced Inclusion Professional ready to step into a senior leadership role? We are is seeking an Inclusion Support Specialist to provide expert guidance, lead teams, and drive consistent, high-quality inclusion practices across the Inclusion Agency program. Inclusion Support West is a partnership between One Tree Community Services and Uplyft delivering the Inclusion Support Program across Western Australia. Together, we support Early Childhood Education and Care (ECEC) services to build inclusive environments where all children can access, participate and thrive.
About the Role
As an Inclusion Support Specialist, you will deliver high-level specialist support across the program, with a strong focus on complex and escalated cases. You’ll lead and develop a team of Inclusion Professionals (IPs) and Inclusion Support Leads (IPLs), strengthening capability, ensuring quality practice, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level specialist support across the Inclusion Agency program, particularly for complex or escalated cases
- Support IPs and IPLs to analyse barriers to inclusion and develop evidence-informed, practical strategies
- Contribute to consistent, high-quality inclusion practices across regions
- Line manage a team of Inclusion Professionals, including supervision, coaching, and performance management
- Support professional development and build capability across all areas of inclusion practice
- Monitor workloads, case allocation, and KPI performance
- Foster a culture of reflective practice, accountability, and continuous improvement
About You - Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Inclusion Professional
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and managing performance
- Deep expertise in inclusion, child development, and complex case management
- Strong analytical, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Passion for driving quality outcomes and embedding inclusive practices
- WWC, clear NPC, and completion of Foundations of Child Safety (Geccko) training
