The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Payroll Coordinator to support the finance operations and be part of our exciting growth trajectory.

This is a role for someone with strong accounts payable and payroll experience who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment.

About the Role:

You will support the finance function across accounts payable, payroll, debtor invoicing and finance administration.

The business manages large-scale construction projects and requires someone who is organised, detail-focused and comfortable working with multiple entities and project reporting structures.

Key Responsibilities:

Process supplier invoices and subcontractor claims
Manage weekly and fortnightly payroll
Assist with payroll tax and compliance administration
Raise debtor invoices and support collections
Prepare payment runs and supplier reconciliations
Assist with Sage ERP implementation
Support finance process improvements and documentation

About You:
You will ideally have:

Previous accounts payable and payroll experience
Construction industry experience advantageous
Strong attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Outlook
Experience with Employment Hero will be highly regarded
Strong work ethic and good time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A friendly, professional and positive attitude
