We’re looking for an Accounts Officer to join our team in North Rocks NSW πŸ“ŠπŸ’Ό

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Payroll and accounts payable duties

  • Welcome and assist visitors in person and over the phone

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence

  • Make bookings and schedule meetings

  • Order office supplies and monitor stock levels

  • Follow up with clients

  • Prepare and maintain company documents

  • Perform general administrative and office support duties

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  1. Previous administration experience (minimum 2 years in Australia preferred)

  2. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

  3. Excellent organisational and time management skills

  4. High attention to detail

  5. Competent with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  6. Good computer and typing skills

  7. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  8. Reliable, punctual, and professional

  9. Able to work independently and within a team

  10. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills

  11. Positive attitude and willingness to learn

⏰ Shift Time: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
