We’re a locally owned WA group of companies, anchored by a 90-strong electrical contracting business and growing. We’re looking for a strong, reliable Accounts & Payroll Officer to join our established accounts team and own a key part of our day-to-day finance function.

You’ll run:

• Accounts payable & receivable invoices, payment runs, collections, reconciliations

• End-to-end payroll for our field and office crews

• End-of-month close, balances and reporting

• HR admin and the bits in between

You’ll do it in Xero and Simpro, alongside a supportive accounts team - this isn’t a sink-or-swim, do-it-all-alone role.

You are:

• Experienced across AP, AR and payroll, and not fazed by a busy week

• Genuinely can-do - you see it, you sort it

• Sharp on detail, serious about deadlines

• Confident in Xero (Simpro a bonus, or happy to learn)

• Easy to work with and happy to own your patch

• Always keen to find a better, smarter way of doing things
