At Flynn Group ANZ, we operate leading QSR brands including Pizza Hut AU and Wendy’s ANZ. As our business continues to grow, we’re looking for a detail-driven Accounts Payable Officer to join our finance team.

As part of the finance team, you’ll play a key role in the day-to-day processing of Accounts Payable, supporting payment, receipting processes, and managing daily cash entries. You’ll also contribute to credit management, supplier payments and broader finance support, helping ensure our financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.

What You’ll Do

End-to-end AP – Process invoices, expenses, and card payments; prepare payment runs
Reconciliations – Supplier, bank, and key vendor reconciliations; resolve discrepancies
Payments & accuracy – Ensure timely, accurate payments and maintain clean records
Stakeholder support – Respond to supplier and internal queries (inbox & phone)
Month-end support – Assist with close, accruals and reporting
Process improvement – Help streamline AP processes and maintain procedures
Team support – Provide ad hoc finance support as needed

What You’ll Bring

3+ years’ experience in Accounts Payable or a finance support role
Experience with automated invoice processing/expense system is key
Experience with Dynamics and Concur preferred
Strong Excel skills (intermediate to advanced) and solid MS Office capability
Proven experience in a high-volume AP environment, including GL and supplier reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
