About Ghost Group
Ghost Group Pty Ltd is a rapidly growing hospitality group currently operating five restaurant venues across Sydney and Canberra.
The group has embarked on an expansion strategy and intends to open an additional six venues throughout 2026 and 2027. As part of this growth, Ghost Group is implementing enhanced financial management systems, operational reporting frameworks, inventory controls, governance procedures and group-wide financial oversight mechanisms to support a larger multi-venue operation.
Following the successful implementation phase of the Scienter Destinity Hospitality Management System across its operations, Ghost Group has identified an ongoing need for a senior finance executive to manage the financial operations of the existing five venues and support the rollout, governance and financial management of six additional venues as part of the group's expansion strategy.
The position has been created to strengthen financial accountability, improve operational performance, implement best-practice financial controls and provide strategic financial leadership across all entities within the group.
